I'll try the patch and see if it works though.A few weeks ago, Alpharetta’s Swan family cooked veggie burgers, packed them in a basket with popcorn and soda and loaded it all into their car with assorted pillows and blankets. Preston gave me the quest to build a settlement at Starlight Drive-In and I haven't been able to build anything there. I did rescue the MinuteMen as well as help Sturges. That should ensure the build areas for Starlight and Jamacia Plain are unlocked. If you can run console commands, you need to reset the patch, open the console and type : You didn't rescue the MM from concord or you didn't complete Sturges quest at Sanctuary? Are there any solutions? It seems Bethesda can't be arsed to fix it. I'm getting really tired of this, as I cannot proceed in the storyline the way I want to without building a settlement there. It's been months since I first encountered this bug, which seems to have appeared only after I bought the Vault DLC.
